The RJC Transcripts Process
New Clients
The first step in becoming an RJC client is to contact Romay direct, using the contact form located at the base of this page.
You will be contacted (generally by phone) to further discuss your transcription needs and for Romay to ask any questions specific to your project needs and to discuss any documentation templates and anticipated fees.
Once engagement has progressed, you will be issued with a link & client login credentials enabling you to upload the audio recordings to the RJC secure server. These details will be delivered to you via email, within a word or pdf document.
Congratulations! You are now an RJC Transcripts ‘Existing Client’.
Existing Clients
As an Existing Client, the process is relatively effortless from your side. Simply login to the RJC secure client portal using your login credentials and upload your audio files.
The client portal will alert Romay and advise that files are now on the server. Romay will contact you to confirm receipt of the files and advise estimated time-frame. She will then take care of the rest.
As every audio recording differs in length, fees will be applied based on the fee structure you are aware of from past discussions. Fees are set prices based on audio duration so there’s no hidden surprises.
When your audio has been transcribed, results will be delivered, pronto, via email, along with an accompanying declaration and invoice.

All fees charged range from a ‘per audio transcription minute’ or based on blocks of set times.
